Toronto Church Planting requires that all prospective church planters undergo a thorough assessment process. These assessments are provided through Emerging Leadership Initiative. From the days of Socrates, it remains true: "First, know thyself." Your relationships, your work and others' reactions to you will all improve if you take the time to understand who you are and how you operate. As essential as knowing yourself is, sharing that truth with at least one other person increases the effectiveness and benefit of that knowledge. That's why our church planters are paired in coaching relationships.
